When you absolutely have to recruit patients on time.
Accell plunged into another European life science event: DIA Europe 2018
DIA Europe 2018 (ex-DIA EuroMeeting) marked its 30th anniversary with the new name last week in Basel, Switzerland. Mr. Lester Powell, Accell’s Associate Director of Business Development, visited the conference and exhibition on April 17th & 18th.
Providing clinical research services in more than 10 European countries, Accell could not miss the chance to engage professionally in this prestigious event and share its unique perspectives on the clinical trials landscape in the region. DIA Europe 2018 promised to be more than just an ordinary meeting, but an effective platform to learn, engage, and collaborate. So, it became a neutral forum to discuss current issues with the goal to uncover new ways of working and treating patients. Mr. Powell noticed there were a lot of practical sessions with remarkable speakers highlighting clinical aspects of the industry which helped get valuable insights on current trends. DIA Europe 2018 reflected not only regional alignment but also a change in approach to a more direct and proactive focus on the expressed needs of the regional drug development industry.
Mr. Powell had a fantastic opportunity to meet with existing clients as well as to establish new contacts and professional friendships at DIA Europe 2018. “We find that attending these events not only brings us closer to our clients but also informs us of the latest trends and developments in the industry,” points out Lester Powell.
